An Open Letter of Recommendation for Windsor Construction, Inc.

This letter concerns the services provided by Windsor Construction for the construction of our home in Lenoir City, TN. The design, planning, estimating, and construction were performed from early 2007 until March, 2008. Steve Windsor provided the general contractor services for building our home.

Steve was one of seven (7) builders we interviewed for erecting our home. His experience proved to be extremely valuable in overcoming structural design issues and his insight in modifying the basic set of plans we brought to him worked well to our benefit. His experience and ‘can do’ attitude combined with a little Texas humor made this experience an enjoyable one.

Routine meetings and cost reports kept us apprised of construction status and knowledgeable of actual project cost. After an eleven (11) month construction period, final costs were within our expectations.

We highly recommend Windsor Construction to anyone building a new home.
